The GOLVET is rounded off with an impressive bar featuring a 13-metre-long counter top. Here bar manager Andreas Andricopoulos impresses our guests with his contemporary and timeless signature drinks. GOLVET stands for uncompromising, ingredient-driven cuisine that eschews short-lived trends and gimmickry. Classic basics, intelligently interpreted and paired with Asian influences, reveal a universe of flavour that offers our guests greater variety and is based on an ethos of sustainability and ethical awareness.
