Dinings SW3

Located in Walton House Lennox Gardens, DININGS SW3 has developed his own individual style utilising a wide range of ingredients to become one of the most popular small restaurants in London. The food was originally based on the traditional Japanese Izakaya style of cuisine however, since opening 10 years ago, Dinings has created a new style of Izakaya: Japanese tapas which combines traditional Japanese with modern European cuisine. The idea behind the food at Dinings has always been one of quality and innovation. They use the best ingredients on a seasonal basis, using a variety of suppliers in order to create dishes that push the boundaries of flavour combinations, textures and styles. The essence of Dinings remains firmly Japanese but what makes it unique is the integration of European cuisine into their dishes. Dinings uses different cooking and preparation techniques with some ingredients to achieve textures, smoky flavours and gentle essences before combining them into a dish that has impact, variety and appeal for our guests. We strongly suggest you the double baked aubergine that is delicious (and not cloyingly sweet) as the salmon, eel and tuna nigiri! The black cod is delicious and the shrimp tempura roll is outstanding. Don’t miss out the opportunity to try these Izakaya Japanese delights, order your Take-Away and enjoy your Japanese dinner at your place. Average price from £50 to 90

Ikeda

Located in the heart of Mayfair, Ikeda is a traditional Japanese restaurant, serving up exquisite cuisine in an exclusive, fine dining setting since 1979. Ikeda is defined as one of the most authentic Japanese restaurant in London. It’s simple, but ‘top-notch’, that easily exceeds the already high expectation of a Mayfair restaurant. Ikeda offers an authentic and high quality fresh food. We warmly recommend you to try the Sashimi and Tempura prawns that are unbeatable, the octopus, and some more sharing stuff like tempura veggies and tempura prawns are outstanding. For dessert we suggest you to try wasabi ice cream or mochi ice cream. Every dish is well prepared and beautifully executed. As you will not be able to have dinner at Ikeda, due to the current restrictions, you should order your Take-Away or Delivery at your place. Check them out their Profile on Foodetective and order your “dinner at home” ASAP! Average price per person £60
