"Another Italian restaurant" - you would say. And partially you will be right. It is an Italian restaurant, but of another level. If risotto - then with fresh truffles, if pasta then with Swiss parmesan directly from the farm, if ice-cream, then made on your request. Highest level of quality in design, cooking, serving and performing.
High-end Italian restaurant in the Ukrainian capital. High-end corresponds to the quality of the food as well. Italian chief, Italian attitude, fantastic taste. Special shoutout to the quality of product and freshness of ingredients, for example the scent of truffles in my meal was never as strong and deep as in Casa Nori. Imported Italian cheese heads, where risotto is cooked and vegetables of the best possible quality.
Personnel is in special clean and shining uniform, bow-tie etc. That looks professional, like in NYC sitcoms of 90s :) Professionalism is also in the attitude and work ethics. Smile and readiness to help all the time.
The atmosphere is luxury. Literally luxury: expensive and niched Italian/European furniture, expensive lights, bottles of wine, plates, napkins, and cutlery. It gives you a short feeling of exclusiveness, which is generally I see as a great experience. However it is not my thing, so outcome is that te place is not for everyone.
Casa Nori is very clean and keeps high standards for every space, at least on customers' way and presence.
The concept is old as the world. Not big, not much remarkable if you all from the street, nothing shouting and inviting you, but absolutely stylish, accurate and neat inside. Providing services of extra good quality and serving known meals, made of extra fresh and high-end ingredients. That gives you a feeling of being in a club, elite. Not my thing, a bit fake, but generally the aim is reached!
Very expensive, especially for Kyiv. Well, that's the concept.
