Here you will eat pizzas as if you were in Napoli, I tried the "Diavola", "Formaggi" and the traditional "Margherita", whose price range starts from 9€ to 15€. The best? The cooking of the edges and the soft traditional dough as in the bests pizzerias in Napoli. The real pizza isn't perfectly round, so here they respect this code, real and fresh mozzarella di buffala and the sauce was perfect balanced.
Fresh and quality product
Attended by young people comming from where the pizza was born, with a "pizzaiolo" from the Puglia region showing out his roots in the elaboration of them. Communicative, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products and the quality of the dishes they offer.
The place is very nice and casual, located in a very busy area of the city. When you enter you feel in a real Italian pizzeria: the aroma, the decoration as well as the attention makes you feel in Italy. A group of young people celebrating their graduation could be very comfortable in this place, also a family who wants to enjoy a dinner or a couple enjoying an intimate moment.
The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, bathrooms, the wood-burning oven in view of the client, the pizza maker working near the tables makes the hygiene of this place visible to everyone.
In the Menu, you can also get options of pastas, salads and desserts, all very traditionally Italian, although they add local products (ham, roquefort, etc) to some pizzas. You can find options of special pizzas suggested on different days.
I can say that prices are average with the pizzerias in Paris, but, what really sets them apart, is that their price / quality ratio is perfect for the standards of pizzerias in the French capital.
