One of my 'go to' shops in Paris when I am strolling around Opera area. I just love walking around all those different chocolate flavours, makes me super happy.
PS: I always manage to leave with some chocolate even when I don't need it...
This shop is probably my second home. I mean when you're a chocolate addict like me and you love seeing all those little Lindt chocolates, it's the place to be.
And the smell, oh the smell. Although there are many people that enter and leave the shop, always the beautiful smell of Lindt chocolate in the background...

The service is great! I mean, I have been so many times that they now recognise me... Rather embarrassing.
I always get smiles and the little chocolate at the entrance no matter how many times I visit!
Lots of tourists! What do you expect? Lindt shop at Opera, one of the most touristic places in Paris, obviously there's going to be a queue and sometimes a stuffy atmosphere, it's part of the experience I'd say.
The shop, however, could use some more cleaning. Wrappers are on the floors and the tables in the cafe area are not 100% clean. The staff should really make an effort on cleaning those as there are a lot of people from around the world that visit, leaves a better impression if it's clean :)
Could we consider the Lindt shop as a concept? More like a chocolate museum of some sort!
There are always new chocolates or ideas though, I love going and trying out their new varieties!
Fair, the pricing is fair! I might be saying this because I am a huge consumer of Lindt chocolates and I am all for spending my money there but their prices are average considering where they are located and how many tourists pass by per day.
